  • These are to be completed as often as possible, even several times per day, because regular practice can support your listening outcomes.

  • These are to be completed daily, ideally every day for 40 days. Strengthening the eye muscles will compliment the work you are doing to strengthen the ear muscles.

  • These can be done at the same time as a listening session so that you are fully engaged in Motor Sensory Integration. They will help train you to spot patterns, build visual memory, make neural connections and nudge any lingering blocks to learning.

  • Primitive reflexes are involuntary reflex actions that originate in the central nervous system (CNS). It is quite common for older children and adults retain these reflexes, which can impact on learning and life.

  • These exercises are to be completed daily, ideally every day for 40 days. Breaking habits, movement patterns and/or reflexes and creating new connections will help reset the nervous system and compliment sound processing.
