At your initial home visit, you will have received a pack of supporting resources. Your personalised support programme is sent by email and includes individualised video guidance for you to follow at home.
Below is an overview of what to expect.

These are to be completed as often as possible, even several times per day, because regular practice can support your listening outcomes.

These are to be completed daily, ideally every day for 40 days. Strengthening the eye muscles will compliment the work you are doing to strengthen the ear muscles.

These activities can be completed during listening sessions to support motor–sensory integration. They strengthen pattern recognition, visual memory and neural connectivity, helping to ease residual blocks to learning.

Primitive reflexes are involuntary reflex actions that originate in the central nervous system (CNS). It is quite common for older children and adults retain these reflexes, which can impact on learning and life.

These exercises are to be completed daily, ideally every day for 40 days. Breaking habits, movement patterns and/or reflexes and creating new connections will help reset the nervous system and compliment sound processing.
