A single Listening Loop (one complete stage of a Tomatis® listening programme) typically lasts between 6 and 8 weeks, depending on your personalised programme.
For the best long-term outcomes, many clients choose to complete three Listening Loops (approximately 22 weeks in total), with a review questionnaire and a refined listening programme between each stage. There is no need to commit to the full programme from the outset—you can review your progress and decide whether to continue at the end of each Loop. Any subsequent Listening Loops are offered at a reduced rate, rewarding your continued commitment and progress.
